• Check-in: Please Present Your ID card, Passport upon Check-in By Law, Visitors Must Personal Documents for Hotels Records. These Documents Will Be Returned On Same Time. Local Id Guest & Un-married Guest will not eligible for room check in and even no advance payment refund will applicable for them ( OTA booking & Direct booking from Hotel Website )
• Damage To Property: The Guest Will Be Held Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To The Hotel Property Caused By Themselves, Their Guests Or Any Person For Whom They Are Responsible.
• Custody of Guest Belongings: The Management Will Not Be Responsible For Loss of Resident's Goods or Valuables and Each Due To Neglect and Any Other Cause. For The Convenience Of ALL The Management Has Given Arrangements For Keeping The Valuables In Safe Custody.
• Pets: No Dogs Or Animals Are Allowed Inside The Hotel Premises.
• Accident: The Management Does Not Hold Itself Responsible for Any Accident However Caused Whether Use of Electric Gadgets, Mechanical appliance Etc. Or By Any Nature Including Act Of God.
• Hazardous Goods: Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poisons, Drugs, Animals And Pungent Food Are Strictly Prohibited On Hotel Premises.
• Privacy: We are loyal with guest for their personal data and document .And that is use only “Hotel Bhilad Gate” – Bhilad.
• Food and Drink: No Outside Food and Drink Are not allowed To Be Brought inside the Hotel Premises.

• Cancellation : All Room Night’s will be charge if Cancel the booking before 24Hours of Check in Time. Marriage Room Booking All Night will be charge after confirmation of room booking. Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
